BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4. The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan will auction bonds worth 30 million manat ($17.6 million) at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 10, Trend reports on November 4 citing the BSE.
The face value of one bond amounted to 1,000 manat ($588.25) at three percent interest.
According to the BSE, the auction price of a security is 1,002 manat ($590).
The maturity period of bonds is 9,000 days. The placement underwriter is Unicapital Investment Company CJSC.
Bonds are issued by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan to secure mortgage finance.
