Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 August / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / KUR Computers, producer of techniques and equipment for computers in Azerbaijan, has put into operation photo-stands in Baku. The photo-stands proposed by the company are cheaper than the abroad maid one.
Booths are furnished with a special mechanism capable to take small coins and issue checks.
At present, KUR Computers produces computers, information and photo- booths and telephone units.
In 2007, KUR produced about 12,000 computers, 1,200 telephone units and 40 information booths. .
KUR has been functioning as a joint venture, 51% share in the company belongs to the Azerbaijani Communication and IT Ministry, 36% - to the local company SINAM and 13% - to private persons.
