The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) instructed to suspend Bakcell mobile operator's "Win Mercedes-Benz in 46 days" SMS campaign, the committee reported.
The committee revoked the elements of a lottery in the organization and conduct of the SMS campaign.
In this regard, the State Committee demanded Bakcell to present the necessary documents to clarify the campaign's relation to the lottery sector, and therefore instructed to suspend the campaign until the completion of studies.
The committee has already started the procedure for bringing Ltd. Bakcell to administrative liability for failure to meet the relevant requirements of the State Committee. The Committee encourages the citizens to view carefully participation in this campaign.
