A new innovations center of High-Tech Park LLC of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies will be created and commissioned before late 2019, Tural Karimli, head of High-Tech Park LLC, said Feb. 28 at an innovation forum organized by Microsoft in Baku.
He said the new innovations center, with a total area of 7,000 square meters, will be based at the Khatai telecommunications center of Baku Telephone Communications LLC.
“All IT companies operating in the center will receive the status of resident, which will allow them to enjoy tax preferences,” Karimli said.
