Integrated Drilling Trust of Azerbaijan’s State Oil Company SOCAR has announced an open tender to purchase hydraulic whipstock.
The tender will be held in one lot.
The tender participation fee is 236 manat ($138.8).
All those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:30 (GMT +4) on Feb. 5, 2020, and tender offers until 10:30 on Feb. 12, 2020.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on Feb. 12, 2020.
