Some 31,788 Cobalt cars were produced in Uzbekistan from January through June 2021, with growth rates compared to the same period in 2020 amounting to 84.4 percent, Trend reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.
According to the committee, during the reporting period Uzbekistan produced 546,500 tons of motor gasoline, which is 4.6 percent more compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
Also, in 6M20201 the number of trucks produced in the country compared to the same period in 2020 period increased by 1.3 percent and amounted to 1,855 trucks.
In addition, 495 buses were produced in Uzbekistan during the reporting period, increasing production by 6.7 percent.
At the same time, a significant increase was noted during the reporting period in tractors production - 173 tractors produce with an increase of 72.5 percent compared to 6M2020.
It is also reported that Uzbekistan’s 6M2021 automotive engine production decreased by 33.1 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2020 and amounted to 75,600 units.
Moreover, in Uzbekistan’s automotive industry from January through June 2021, 31,788 Cobalt cars were produced (growth rates against the same period in 2020 amounted to 84.4 percent), 13,943 - Nexia (39.8 percent), 21,962 - Gentra (84.3 percent), 28,772 - Damas (7.8 percent), 6.085 - Spark (41.9 percent) and 6,230 - Labo (179.1 percent) cars.
