Iranian President said that Iranian people do not expect western officials to congratulate Ahmadinejad with reelection.
Several officials of western countries state that they officially recognize results of presidential elections but will not send congratulatory letter, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at the oath ceremony on August 5.
"It deals with that they (West) do not respect human rights and democracy," Ahmadinejad said in the statement broadcasted live by İRİNN TV channel.
Iranian President said that Iranian people is against this attitude of the West, as well as do not expect for any congratulations.
Inaguration ceremony of reelected President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was held in Iran, Trend said with reference to IRINN Iranian news channel.
Inaguration ceremony was held in the Iranian Parliament with particiaption of Iranian officials and representatives of foreign diplomatic corpuses.
According to BBC, the USA, France and Germany state that they officially recognize legitimacy of Ahmadinejad's presidency but will not send congratulatory letter.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad got 62.63 percent of votes during Iranian presidential elections of June 12. His major rival Mir-Hossein Mousavi got 33.75 percent of votes. Mousavi announced about his victory before results of elections. But later he accused authorities of falsification of voting results.
Thousands of people discontented with results of elections conducted actions of protest.
