Iran plans to expand the oil pipelines network and storage capacity significantly by March 2021, according an official document seen by Trend.
The document, prepared by Oil Ministry, says that the length of current oil pipeline network stood at 9,793 km during the last fiscal year that ended on March 20, while the storage capacity reached 2.54 million barrels per day (mbpd).

According to the statistics, included in the document, Iran’s gasoline storage capacity will increase by 13 percent to 4.33 billion liters by 2021, while the figure for oil gas will increase by 31 percent to 5.39 billion liters.
