The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Feb. 27:
Export floor: Offers 55,000 tons of iron ore granules from Central Plateau Iron Ore Mines Co. as well as 15,350 tons of bitumen, insulation, lube cut oil and sulphur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 140,559 tons of polymers, bitumen and vacuum bottom feed stock.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 16,000 tons of iron ore, 264 tons of rebar, 5,000 tons of mixed rebar basket, 100 tons of zinc ingots and 50 Cerato passenger cars.
Agriculture floor: Offers 449,000 day-old chicks, 30,000 tons of wheat, 3,850 tons of sugar, 1,000 tons of colza crude oil, 170 tons of large lentil, 50 tons of Iranian rice (Hashemi sort).
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
