The government of Afghanistan has declared that it will not allow any country to use its territory to launch attacks against any of its neighbors, including Iran, PressTV reported.

Homayoun Hamidzadeh also offered condolences to Iran over a recent terrorist attack in the southeastern city of Zahedan that killed 25 people and injured 125 others.

Zahedan is the capital of Sistan-Baluchestan Province, which is on the border of Afghanistan.

"Afghanistan condemns any destructive activities in Iran or other neighboring countries," Hamidzadeh said.

"The Afghan government's official stance is that it sees Afghanistan's peace and security in Iran's security," he added.

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki had earlier stated that the Jundullah terrorist group, which carried out the bombing in Zahedan, is affiliated with foreign troops based in Afghanistan.
