The Turkish Armed Forces have started liberation of Jandaris settlement in Syria’s Afrin district, Turkish media reported March 5, citing military sources.
The Turkish Armed Forces are inflicting strikes at positions of terrorists in the Jandaris settlement, and the forces of the Free Syrian Army are fighting in the vicinity of the settlement.
A total of 134 settlements were liberated from terrorists as part of the Operation Olive Branch.
On Jan. 20, the Turkish Armed Forces, together with the Free Syrian Army, launched the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, Syria.
