The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the credential of the newly appointed Latvian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The new Latvian Ambassador to Azerbaijan stressed that he will make all efforts to strengthen the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia.
Mentioning the successful development of the broad relations between the two countries, the President Aliyev assessed the opening of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Latvia and bilateral visit of the Presidents of the two countries as positive factors. According to him, these factors will further foster the development of the bilateral relations.
