About 10.5 million cubic meters of gas from the 3rd refinery of the South Pars Gas Company (SPGC) were exported during the first seven months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through October 21, 2020), Director of the 3rd Refinery of the SPGC, Mohammad Shafi Moazzeni said, Trend reports citing the company’s website.
According to Moazzeni, the refinery processed about 12 million cubic meters of rich gas over the reporting period.
The director added that furthermore, the 3rd refinery produced 680,000 tons of ethane and about 13 million barrels of gas condensate within 7 months.
“At the same time, 193,000 tons of butane and 54,000 tons of sulfur were produced at the 3rd refinery in seven months,” he said.
As reported, the 3rd refinery of the South Pars Gas Company can produce 67,000 barrels of gas condensate, 2,550 tons of ethane, 1,960 tons of propane, 1,210 tons of butane, and 285 tons of sulfur per day.
