Kazakhstan has welcomed intention of the parties to continue negotiations on Iran's nuclear program and expressed the hope that the parties will be able to come to a mutually acceptable solutions, said in a statement of MFA on Monday.

Kazakhstan has welcomed intention of the parties to continue negotiations on Iran's nuclear program and expressed the hope that the parties will be able to come to a mutually acceptable solutions, said in a statement of MFA on Monday.

"The issue of Iran's nuclear program playes an important role in global stability and security. Rapprochement of positions of the parties in such complexity and important negotiations will take a long time," said in the statement.

Kazakhstan is not a party of the negotiations and do not take a direct part in them.

"Kazakhstan has been and remains a consistent supporter of nuclear non-proliferation, and our country is ready to continue to provide maximum assistance to the settlement of the situation around the Iranian nuclear program through diplomatic means for the benefit of stability and security in the region and the world," said in the statement of MFA.

At the end of the Almaty meeting, the parties have made public statements that gave their assessment of the meeting. Despite the difference in rating, the negotiators generally optimistic about the continuation of the negotiation process.

A positive outcome of the Almaty meeting was an agreement to continue the negotiation process.

On April 5-6 in Almaty was held another round of talks on Iran's nuclear program between representatives of the P5+1 (the UK, Germany, China, Russia, USA, France) and Iran.
