President of Ingushetia, Yunus-bek Yevkurov "came to his senses and departs from the anesthesia after a successful operation, his mood returned to normal, and doctors, and we expect the positive trend will be," Assistant Advisor to Head of Ingushetia Musa Pliev said, ITAR-TASS reported.
"We hope Yunus-bek Yevkurov will be in Moscow in the evening," he told the Ekho Moskvi radio station.
At the same time, Pliev noted that the decision on opportunity to bring the wounded head of Ingushetia to Moscow, "depends largely on the neurosurgeons." Three aircrafts of the Emergency Situation Ministry with a team of doctors have already arrived in the North Caucasus.
"At present the main thing is remains for doctors, especially neurosurgeons, to give positive conclusion on the transport. Regarding the talks which we held with the doctors, I think it really will be in the end of the day. I think that Yevkurov will be in Moscow in the evening," Pliev said.
The state of the Ingushetia president's brother Uvays Yevkurov, who also was wounded during the attack is "stable, there is no danger for his life," the presidential spokesman Kaloi Akhilgov told the Russian Vesti news channel. Uvays Yevkurov "received a concussion, he had a small brain injury, he is in the mind; during the blast, he was close to the president in the same cabin in the back seat," Akhilgov said.
