BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 1. The Baku Network expert platform has aired the next episode of the Dialogue with Tofig Abbasov analytical video project, Trend reports.
The guest of the program was Chairman of the Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan Elbay Gasimzade.
"The peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia is ongoing. It may not be as fast as we would like, or as the time and circumstances demand," he said.
Speaking about the fact that Armenia's Constitution still contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan, Gasimzade emphasized that this constitution needs to be amended in order to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
"We continue to engage in constructive work. Even during those 30 years, we focused on constructive efforts in the areas where we had the opportunity to do so. Currently, restoration work is being carried out across a vast area of Azerbaijan.
I don't know of any other place in the world where multiple cities, villages, roads, and engineering infrastructure are being built simultaneously on such a large scale," he added.
