The release of Georgian sailors by Somali pirates has ben postponed for 10 days.
Sergo Devadze, the father of a captured sailor, told journalists earlier that the Greek shipowner promised to rescue the sailors in late February.
Devadze said the reasons for the postponement have not been disclosed.
Fifteen Georgian sailors have been held in captivity for the past six months.
The Georgian Foreign Ministry says it has no additional information about the sailors, although it knows that the shipowners are negotiating with the pirates.
