The round table meeting "Experience Exchange on the Issues of Land and Real Estate Valuation" will be held in Baku on December 9-10, 2013, the European External Action Service said today.
"Organizations and state bodies from the CIS and EU which are involved in land and real estate valuation are invited to the round table meeting," the statement said.
The round table meeting is organized by the Scientific-Production Centre of the State Land Cadastre and Monitoring of the State Land and Cartography Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the framework of the EU Twinning project " Assistance to the State Land and Cartography Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the establishment of the registration of modern system of state land cadastre in-formation through the improvement of land valuation and economic valuation of lands in accordance with EU valuation standards".
The responsible organization for project implementation is Swedish Agency for Cartography, Cadastre and Registration of Real Estate Rights together with State Land Service of Latvia. The Project is financed by the European Union.
