Brent prices are expected to drop from $51.50 per barrel on Dec.17 to $42.00 per barrel as of Q4 2020, Trend reports with reference to the US JP Morgan Bank.
The price for Brent is expected to stand at $42.39 per barrel as of 2020, according to the Bank.
The quarterly forecasts for 2021 Brent prices are as follows: $43/bbl in Q1, $49/bbl in Q2, $51/bbl in Q3 and $56/bbl in Q4.
The final Brent price as of 2021 is forecast at $49.75 per barrel.
As for 2022, JP Morgan expects the prices to be equal to $61/bbl in Q1, $67/bbl in Q2, $64/bbl in Q3 and $55/bbl in Q4 with final price standing at $61.75/bbl as of 2022.
West Texas Intermediate (WTI) prices are expected to stand at $37.93 per barrel as of 2020, while is forecast at $37/bbl in Q4.
In 2021, WTI prices are forecast at $41/bbl in Q1, $47/bbl in Q2, $48/bbl in Q3 and $53/bbl in Q4, while the 2021 figure is expected to stand at $47.25/bbl.
The quarterly forecasts for 2022 WTI prices are as follows: $57/bbl in Q1, $63/bbl in Q2, $60/bbl in Q3 and $51/bbl in Q4, with prices standing at $57.75/bbl as of 2022.
