Parakhat Durdyev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to China, Trend reports referring to the published decree of the President of Turkmenistan.
In connection with the new appointment, the diplomat was relieved of his previous positions as Ambassador of Turkmenistan to India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
At the same time, the former Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China Chinar Rustamova was relieved of this post, as well as the posts of Ambassador to Mongolia, Vietnam and North Korea in connection with her transition to another job.
