President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of Tovuz city orphanage-kindergarten No. 7 the construction of which was initiated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the orphanage-kindergarten, and then reviewed conditions created here.
The president was informed that the construction of the 100-seat orphanage-kindergarten started late 2014.
There are photo stands reflecting the attention of national leader Heydar Aliyev, President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva to children.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed that all conditions have been created in the two-storey building for children. The facility will have five groups. There are wide opportunities for children`s entertainment. Special attention is paid to ensuring intellectual, physical and mental development of children, discovering their talents and abilities, protecting their health and helping them communicate with people. For this purpose modern classrooms supplied with all the necessary equipment and teaching aids were created. The orphanage-kindergarten will create 35 jobs. The playgrounds were created, and amusement facilities installed in the area of the orphanage-kindergarten.
