The Azerbaijani State Customs Committee (SCC) Sumgayit Department burnt more than a ton of the expired sausage of the German production which is harmful for health, the committee said.
The harmful sausage was burnt at a specially liquidated territory in Sumgayit with participation of members of the SCC Liquidation Commission, Sumgayit Customs Department, as well as some media.
Measures to prevent import of harmful consumer goods to the country continue, the committee said.
