A Georgian airline Airzena flight which was due to land at Tbilisi Airport was delayed by 12 hours due to technical problems. As people waited for their relatives to land from Vienna at Tbilisi at 16:00 on Sunday, the flight eventually landed at 4:00 am Monday.
Passengers and those waiting protested against the fact that during this period they had not been informed about the cause of the delay. In the end it turned out that the aircraft had a problem with its undercarriage.
As a result the airline sent a second aircraft to Vienna which flew the passengers to Tbilisi.
