The cost of new housing in Kazakhstan increased by 0.1 percent in June compared to the previous month and on average amounted to 282,530 tenge per square meter, Trend reports with reference to Committee of Statistics of Kazakhstan.
The cost of resale of unrepaired housing amounted to 120,419 tenge per square meter, which is 0.6 percent more than in May and 3.2 percent more than in June 2018.
Furthermore, the cost of one square meter of repaired housing equaled to 193,188 tenge in June, which is 0.5 percent more than in the previous month and 3.8 percent more than in June of previous year.
In turn, the cost of rental housing amounted to 1,736 tenge per square meter in June, which is 0.3 percent more than in May and 7.7 percent more than in June 2018.
