British auditing company appears in Georgia

British auditing and consulting company Moore Stephens will now be working in Georgia, along its other networks around the world, Trend reports with reference to commersant.ge

Until now, thw company had networks around the world, with the exception of Georgia. Moore Stephens will provide audit services to both Georgian and foreign companies in Georgia.

Misha Abayadze, a partner of Moore Stephens, noted that the company's goal is to provide clients with the highest quality audit, assessment and consulting services. According to him, at this stage, the company employs about 25 people, and in the near future it is planned to increase this number at least twice.

“We want to share the experience of this network with Georgian companies abroad and, conversely, share our investment opportunities with our companies in Georgia. Employees are certified in various fields. These include financial accounting, real estate valuation, business valuation and public sector financial services,” explained Abayadze.

The annual turnover of Moore Stephens is $3 billion. The company currently employs 30,000 people.

The main activity of the company is consulting in the field of shipping, although it has extensive experience in providing services in other sectors. Moore Stephens is included in the registers of international financial institutions and auditors accredited in the state of Georgia, which can serve the public interest, banking and other financial institutions, as well as various companies with high ratings.
