Tariyel Rasulov, the head of Agrolizing Ltd, informed that this year Azerbaijan purchased 29,000 tons of fertilizers, Trendreports. 16,000 tons have been delivered to the country, while the rest of the pesticides and nitrogen fertilizers will be supplied to the country by the end of the year.
Last year the relevant figure was 21,000 tons including 4,080 tons of nitrogen fertilizers.
Agrolizing РћРђРћ was established October 23, 2004 in accordance with the order issued by President Ilham Aliyev. The enterprise activity is purposed for improvement of agrarian sphere and support of entrepreneurship in the country through issuing various agricultural techniques to local land owners through leasing. At present РћРђРћ operates in 47 offices throughout Azerbaijan.
