Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The public 'Participants of the Real Estate Market' organization reported that the average May price for industrial facilities in Baku amounted to $2500-$2556 per cu m, which is 30.9% more compared to May 2006.
The increase of prices is observed equally in all districts of Baku, which experts explain due to the seasonal index.
In April 2007, the number of proposed commerce facilities decreased by 4.7%. In May the number increased by 1.1%. And the number of signed agreements increased by 2.1%.
