Kazakhstan has increased oil and gas condensate production by 1.5 percent in January 2013 compared to the same period of 2012, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported with the reference to Kazakh Statistics agency.
The country produced 6.982 million tons of oil and gas condensate in the reporting period including 5.883 million tones of crude oil (1.8 percent increase) and 1.099 million tons of gas condensate (0.3 percent increase).
Kazakhstan's natural gas production increased by 1.6 percent to 3.630 billion cubic meters in January 2013.
In January 2013 Kazakhstan produced 188,600 tons of motor fuel (gasoline, including jet fuel), (36.8 percent decrease compared to the same period of 2012).
Diesel fuel production increased by 6.9 percent to 387,700 tons, fuel oil production fell by 14.8 percent to 294,500 tons. Kerosene production decreased by 92 percent to 1,000 tons.
Coal production including coal concentrate increased by 0.5 percent to 11.166 million tons.
