Conscript of armenian army Lendrush Nazlukhanyan was detained on Wednesday over the murder case of soldier Hayk Mkrtchyan, News.am reported.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, Hayk Mkrtchyan died from the shots fired by military serviceman Lendrush Nazlukhanyan in violation of the rules on handling weapons.
Investigation Service of the Armenian MOD has launched a criminal case, and an inquiry is underway.
