Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences to Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping today.
"I have been deeply saddened by the news of heavy human loss and injuries in the aftermath of a bus accident in Tibet," according to the message.
"I extend my deep condolences to you, families and loved ones of those who died and wish those injured a speedy recovery," President Aliyev added.
