Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The former Chief of Baku City Police Department, Maharram Aliyev, was appointed as Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Tajikistan according to the decree signed by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Maharram Aliyev retired at the end of June.
