The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture will start restoring monuments located in the Azerbaijani territories liberated from the Armenian occupation, Trend reports via the ministry's Twitter page.
The monuments destroyed by the Armenians will be restored by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture.
