New isolation cells for pre-trial detention are built

Building of new pre-trial detention isolation cells have been started in Geychay and Guba, the human rights activist Elchin Behbudov told Trend. He reported, the pre-trial detention isolation cells at the police stations in the above-mentioned regions do not meet the standards, it is unbearable to keep the people there.

He noted the old isolation cells in other regions will be replaced by new ones.
