Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 July/ Trend , corr U. Ismayilova/ In January to June, 596,700 sq m of real estate was put into exploitation in Azerbaijan which is 212.1% more than the same period of 2007, State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan (SSCA) said on 17 July.
Some 2,700 sq m of real estate that was put into exploitation account for secondary and primary schools, 77,000 sq m - hospitals, 9,000 - outpatient clinics and 440,000 sq m - pre-school institutions.
In the first half of the year, the main fund of the construction sector of Azerbaijan made up AZN582.2mln, AZN340.7mln of which are production facilities.
In January to June, some AZN2,233,500 has been invested to the building and assembly jobs in Azerbaijan.
