Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 July/ In June, the price of one square meters of non-dwelling facilities increased by 0.1% versus May and totaled to $3,605, Players of Estate Market public organization said. The prices of non-dwelling facilities in Baku raised by 30.1% since the beginning of the year and 31.1% versus the same period of 2007.
The rent prices of commercial facilities dropped by 0.2% in June versus May.
The supply in the market of commercial facilities dropped by 2.2% in a month which is due to the seasonal factors. The number of sale-purchase operations decreased by 3.7%.
