Sheki Sherab LLC, an Azerbaijani winery, plans to increase the capacity of the plant by launching an isobaric bottling line, the winery’s director Vidadi Hasanov told Trend.
He said that this will allow for increasing the capacity of the plant several times.
“In addition, we plan to purchase equipment for receiving and processing apples in order to further produce apple juices and fruit vodka,” he noted. “In this regard, we plan to purchase special types of equipment of foreign production worth up to 100,000 manats.”
Hasanov said that in the next two months, the alcoholic beverages of the plant will go on sale in Baku.
Sheki Sherab LLC was founded in 2006 with design production capacity of 2.8 million bottles of wine. The company has equipment supplied by Italian company “Della Toffola.”
There are workshops for receiving grapes, and producing and bottling of various brands of wine at the plant. The plant has two bunkers for receiving white and red grape varieties, two production lines for white and red wines, and one more line for the production of elite wines.
