The Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) informed Trend that a draft law on State Lands will be discussed at the spring session of the Milli Majlis, the standing parliamentary commission on agrarian policy.
Furthermore, the commission will submit to the Parliament a bill on horse breeding for the second and third reading. The bill passed the first reading at the autumn session of parliament. The spring session of Parliament will begin on 1 February.
