Kazakhstan has exported 6,505 tons of petroleum gas and other gaseous hydrocarbons worth to Romania countries to 2 million euros in August 2020, Eurostat representative told Trend.
In turn, overall petroleum gas and other gaseous hydrocarbons export from Kazakhstan to Romania amounted to 57,706 tons worth 21.3 million euros over the period from Jan. through Aug. 2020.
Thus, compared to July 2020 the export volume increased by 55.8 percent (4,175 tons), whereas compared to Jan. 2020 the volume decreased by 38.2 percent (10,526 tons).
The value of petroleum gas and other gaseous hydrocarbons export from Kazakhstan to Romania was 66.8 percent more than in July 2020 (1.1 million euros), and 59.5 percent less than in Jan. 2020 (4.9 million euros).
Kazakhstan’s export to Romania amounted to $831.9 million over the period from January through August 2020, compared to $1.1 billion during the same period of 2019.
In turn, Kazakhstan’s imports from Romania amounted to nearly $52.6 million over the reporting period, compared to $53.8 million during the same period of 2019.
The total volume of Kazakhstan’s trade turnover amounted to $55.6 billion over the period from January through August 2020 which indicates a decrease from $63.1 billion during the same period of 2019.
