Department of Industrial and Environmental Safety, Health and Safety at Work of Uzbeknefteqaz JSC has been conducting eco-analytical control over environmental protection at enterprises and organizations since the beginning of the year, Trend reports citing Uzbeknefteqaz.
As a result of control, according to the analysis schedule, it was ensured that atmospheric air was analyzed 14,839 times (100 percent), wastewater 19,148 times (108.7 percent) and soil composition 353 times (100 percent).
For the reporting period of 2021, out of 165 measures to implement the action plan for environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, $298,562 were spent on 65 measures, and the following results were achieved on the measures implemented: the amount of emissions into the air is 12,700 tons less than the established standard; the volume of wastewater discharges was less by 9,200 m3 of the established norm and by 5,300 m3 than in the previous period; the amount of waste was 6,100 tons less than the established norm and 9,000 tons less than in the previous period.
Practical assistance was considered and provided to eliminate the identified violations in the activities of Uzneftegaz Burgilash Ishlari LLC, Uzneftgazkuduktamirlash JSC, Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex LLC, Termez Oil Depot LLC, Mubarek Gas Processing Plant, Shurtan Gas Processing Plant, Mubarek Gas Processing Plant, and Mubarek Gas Processing Plant.
As a result of the study, a list of land reclamation and sludge storage for 2021 after drilling in the fields subordinated to the departments of the system was developed and agreed with the State Committee on Ecology. A report on the implementation of the event was prepared and sent to the State Committee on Ecology for submission to the Cabinet of Ministers.
