BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 30. Azerbaijan's PSG-Capital Investment Company CJSC has changed its organizational and legal form to the JSC, Trend reports via the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
PSG-Capital Investment Company was founded in 2012. Its authorized capital is 6.25 million manat ($3.6 million).
The investment company is a market maker of bonds of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).
