SINAM, one of the leading IT companies in Azerbaijan, is preparing to introduce e-document management in the Afghan Finance Ministry, the company told Trend.
Technical recommendations on the e-document management project were presented to Afghanistan’s authorized state body, which is presently engaged in the formation of a budget for the project’s implementation.
“There is a lot of work, and the first issue is automation of activity of the Ministry of Finance through the introduction of systems of e-document management, budget expenditures planning, etc. The details of the project were discussed at the end of 2017,” the company said.
Earlier, the Afghan Finance Ministry got acquainted with the activity carried out in Azerbaijan in the field of e-government development and expressed intention to adopt Azerbaijan’s experience in this field.
