The volume of cargo loaded and unloaded in the Dayyer port of the Bushehr Province (southern Iran) decreased by 40 percent in the 5th month of the current Iranian year (June 23 through August 22, 2021), compared to the 4th month (June 22 through July 22, 2021), Trend reports via the statistics of Iranian Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO).
According to the statistics, a total of 25,400 tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in this port in the fifth month, of which, 19,500 tons were loaded and 5,860 tons were unloaded.
“Furthermore, about 19,300 tons of cargo were exported through the Dayyer port within the 5th month,” the statistics said.
At the same time, 202 tons of cargo were loaded and 5,860 tons were unloaded in the port for other purposes.
So, 29 tons of small and assorted goods and about 25,300 tons of container products were loaded and unloaded in Iran’s Dayyer port in the 5th month of the current Iranian year.
As reported, about 11.3 million tons of cargo were loaded and unloaded in Iranian ports in the fifth month of the current Iranian year. Of this, 5.98 million tons were loaded and 5.29 million tons were unloaded. This is an increase of 9.8 percent compared to the same month last Iranian year.
