Kyrgyzstan sends condolences to Turkey on natural disasters
President of Kyrgyzstan, Kurmanbek Bakiev, sent a letter of condolence to his Turkish counterpart, Abdullah Gul over the natural disasters in the north-western part of the country Friday, "24.kg" reported.
"We are mournful about major damages and numerous victims of the natural disaster that hit northern and western parts of Turkey on September 8-9, 2009. May Kyrgyzstan share the sorrow of its brother nation and comfort those who lost their relatives and close ones. May we send you our deepest sympathy and consolation," the message said.
