IRI Deputy Foreign Minister in Arab and African Affairs condemned military attack of Israel against Syria and said Islamic Republic of Iran won't let resistance against Israel get weakened by enemies, IRNA reported.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, in a meeting with Cuban deputy foreign minister here on Monday, by condemning Israel attack against Syria, called for prompt reaction of international society to the issue, adding that Iran is consulting with a number of regional and international organizations and countries to hold a conference to support Syria.

On developments in Yemen and Bahrain and failure of the US and Israel to create obstacles in the process, Amir-Abdollahian added that the US and Israel are trying to solve their problems by striking against Syria and the resistance axis.

According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department, the Cuban senior diplomat, for his part, praised Iran's role in developing ties with Cuba and supporting other nations and underlined his country's intention to expand relations with Iran in all fields.

Sierra Diaz underlined his country's active and constructive presence in the Middle East developments and in direction of supporting regional nations and the resistance axis, adding that unfortunately, a number of countries are trying to abuse revolutions in the Arab states, but Cuba will support the revolutions and opposes to any plots in the region.

Concerning alien interference in Syria, the Cuban diplomat said that Syria is facing with a big conspiracy and a number of countries are trying to harm the country by using different tools of media and spreading lies.

Opposing to any foreign interference in Syria, Diaz supported Iran's plan to stop violence and hold comprehensive dialogue between the Syrian sides.

Referring to importance of Tehran international meeting on Syria, which is to be held in the upcoming weeks, Diaz expressed his country's readiness for active participation in the meeting.
