Volume of diesel transshipment via Turkish ports in September disclosed

In September 2019, 452,459 tons of diesel were transported through Turkey's ports as a whole, Trend referring to the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

According to the ministry, in September 2019, the volume of diesel transshipment by ships sailing under the Turkish flag amounted to 499,594 tons.

In September 2019, ships flying the flag of their country of origin transported 347,095 tons of diesel through Turkish ports, while ships flying flags of other countries carried slightly over 7.6 million tons of diesel.

The volume of diesel transit through Turkish ports amounted to 4,612 tons in September 2019.

In September 2019, most of the transit cargo through Turkish ports was transported from Italy, China, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Romania, Egypt, Greece and France.

In September 2019, the total volume of transit transshipment through Turkey's ports exceeded 55.9 million tons.
