Georgia, Tbilisi, Feb. 23/ Trend , N. Kirtskhalia/ Former Georgian ambassador to the UN Irakli Alasania will join alliance of the New Rights and Republican Party. The sides are coordinating the last details of the memorandum on the establishment of a new alliance at the moment.
The alliance will reportedly be named Alliance for Georgia. Though conservative were planning to join the alliance earlier, they refused to do so. Alasania, New Rights leader David Gamkrelidze and leader of Republicans David Usupashvili are attending the meeting.
The meeting will be followed by a press conference.
All three parties demand President Mikheil Saakashvili's resignation by constitutional ways and snap elections.
The alliance is expected to nominate Alasania if snap presidential election is held.
