On Sept. 15, a new school, built with the support of the United States, was put into operation in Azerbaijan.
A new school was built in the Najafgulu village of the Agjabadi Region (370 km from Baku) with the support of the U.S. European Command office in Azerbaijan on cooperation in the sphere of defense.
A total of 500,000 manat was spent to construct a 13-cabinet school.
This is the 15th school, built with the support of the U.S. European Command office in Azerbaijan, said Terry Davidson, the Press Secretary of the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan. He said a new school will be built in the Barda (approximately 340 km from Baku) region for IDPs in the near future.
