In January, the commercial premises market experienced a 1.9-percent decline and the non-residential premises market - a 2.3-percent decline in prices, public organization Real Estate Market Participants said on Feb. 28. Prices fell by 5.8 percent as compared to the previous quarter and increased by 9 percent as compared to January 2008.
"Average price of a square meter of a commercial facility hit $3,350 in January compared to $3,410 in December 2008," the organization said.

The proportion of apartments offered at a price that is below the average one was 61.3 percent.
In January, the number of sites offered at the market fell by 4.1 percent, the number of purchase and sale operations increased by 3.4 percent.
