The Millennium Challenge Fund will allocate a second tranche of $150-$200 million to Georgia, Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri told reporters on Friday.

He said the exact amount of aid has not been determined.

During his recent visit to the United States, Gilauri met with the fund president, Daniel Johannes, as well as with senators and congressmen from both the Democratic and Republican parties.

"The main issues under discussion were the projects that will be undertaken by the fund, including the construction of an American university and an American hospital and the rehabilitation of a road on the Goderdzi Pass," he added.
