The manufacturing of passenger cars in Iran increased by 21.3 percent, pickups – by 20.4 percent, combines – by 41.3 percent, and tractors – by 9.1 percent during the first 8 months of the current Iranian year (March 20 through November 20, 2020) compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran.
However, the manufacturing of buses, minibusses, and vans decreased by 6.1 percent, vegetable oil – by 19.8 percent, leather – by 15.7 percent, and water conditioner – by 11.2 percent within eight months compared to the same period last Iranian year period, according to the report.
